This is just a small example of what I have been doing in the last couple weeks. This was a 500lb pile of linens we end up having to take to the dump because the thrift store refused it. We had so many blankets and mismatched sheet that we had never used and some we hadn't used in years. It was taking up precious space on an ugly shelf (also taken to the dump) in my laundry room. I am so glad to be rid of it. Now I can look for good deals on matching sheet sets for the kids bunk beds and know we have space to put them.

I am all for plain white linens, I know that they are boring and don't keep you company when you are alone in bed and can't sleep like some cartooned sheets would. But oh they are so practical.
- You can bleach the heck out of 'em and it doesn't matter
- They can go on any of the beds, the size is the only thing that makes them different
- If a top sheet goes missing, you can match it up easily with another bottom sheet
- Target has awesome sheet sets for cheap...check them out online. I bought new white sheets for our bed (queen) for $20 usd. Top/bottom sheets w/ two pillow cases
Hope this helps and good for you for attacking the overwhelming task of organzing!
we have white on white striped sheets and SO DOES THERESA! get on board!
