Easter

Easter was pretty fun this year. Its so funny how every year these holidays get more fun. Once the kids remember what the holiday is about they really get into it. This year we made the mistake of leaving a little basket beside the kids beds after they had gone to sleep. It was for the to collect their eggs in when they woke up. I didn't stop and think about what would happen if they woke up early to go pee or something. So Xavier woke up at 5am to pee and saw his basket. He woke Klausine up right away and they insisted it was morning. We informed them if the Easter bunny had left anything it would still be there in a couple hours when it was at least light outside. We also informed then if they came upstairs before we said it was OK all the Easter treats would be garbage. At 7am we let them come up and they ran from foil egg to foil egg squealing at everyone. It was worth the wait I think. The Easter bunny was rather cheap this year but they didn't seem to notice.
